We engineer trust for industrial emissions, process, and safety monitoring.
A National High-Tech Enterprise founded in 2022 in Wuhan Optics Valley — specialising in tunable-laser (TDLAS) and infrared gas analyzers for the plants that keep modern industry running.
Analyzers are instruments — but the trust behind them is built by people, process, and proof.
Our role is to make emissions compliance, process optimisation, and safety monitoring measurable — with instruments that third-party audits, plant engineers, and compliance officers can rely on.
We always put people first.
Behind every analyzer is a team of optics, electronics, embedded-algorithm, and field-commissioning engineers. Plant operators call them when NH₃ slip climbs at three in the morning. Buyers audit them when the purchasing file needs another signature. Compliance officers lean on them when the regulator asks one more question.
The instruments carry our badge — the people carry our reputation. That’s why every qualification package includes the engineer who will answer your call when the analyzer is already in your stack.
A founder’s conviction, written into every analyzer.
“Industrial emissions, process, and safety measurement is an integration problem, not a sensor problem. Optics, firmware, thermal control, calibration gases, and the commissioning engineer all have to line up — or the analyzer drifts in the field.”
That belief is why GESHINE keeps six detection platforms and the engineering bench under the same roof in Wuhan Optics Valley — and why buyers are walked through every link of the measurement chain, not handed a brochure.

Meet Dr. ChenFour benches, one engineering discipline.
The analyzer that leaves Wuhan is the product of four engineering teams working against the same build discipline — from laser-diode selection to field commissioning. Your qualification package names the bench behind each sub-assembly.
Optics & Laser
DFB laser diode selection, optical cell design, and wavelength stability validation across the TDLAS and UV-DOAS platforms.
Firmware & Algorithm
Embedded signal processing, PID thermal control, and the in-house algorithm stack that turns raw photodetector data into stable measurements.
Quality, Application & Commissioning
Factory Acceptance Test execution, application sizing for customer duty, and on-site commissioning across CEMS and process deployments.
Supply Chain & Supplier Quality
Supplier audit, incoming-QC, second-source qualification, and lot traceability for the optical, electronic, and gas-handling sub-assemblies.
Strict on suppliers, so your plant inherits the discipline.
Four sub-assembly groups drive analyzer performance — optical core, sampling & conditioning, conversion & calibration gases, and electronics / enclosure. Each is sourced against a documented qualification standard and re-audited as part of ISO 9001:2015 procurement controls.
- Optical core — laser diodes, photodetectors, optical cells audited on wavelength stability and long-term drift.
- Sampling & conditioning — probes, heated lines, condensers, pumps checked against wetted-material and duty cycle.
- Calibration gases — certified concentrations with traceable reference and expiry date.
- Electronics & enclosure — Ex-proof and SIL-rated evidence travels with the finished analyzer.
Built in a 1,500 m² Wuhan facility under ISO 9001:2015.
Five analyzer families — extractive TDLAS, in-situ Ex-proof TDLAS, bench-top analyzers, OEM laser modules, and infrared analyzers — share a single production floor in Wuhan Optics Valley. The same team that machines the optics also calibrates the finished stack.
Three stages, gated by ISO 9001:2015 and functional-safety controls.
Every analyzer passes incoming QC (laser diode lot acceptance, optical cell transmission, electronic board inspection), in-process inspection (alignment, thermal tuning, firmware, calibration), and a Factory Acceptance Test (linearity ≤ ±1% FS, drift ≤ ±1% FS/week, response-time and ingress-protection validation).
Ex-proof units are built to Ex db IIC T6 Gb per GB/T 3836.1 / 3836.2, and safety-rated models add a separate SIL2 functional-safety assessment.
Six self-developed detection platforms. 60+ IP assets.
Tunable-diode laser spectroscopy (TDLAS) is our core — ppb-level detection, millisecond response, multi-component without cross-interference. Around it we run five complementary platforms: GFC infrared, NDIR, UV-DOAS, chemiluminescence, and UV fluorescence. The embedded algorithm stack is written in-house.
Failure modes we’ve engineered out — before they reach your stack.
Wavelength drift, sample-line condensation, NOx converter ageing, optical fouling, cross-interference, Ex-seal ingress — the failures that quietly take analyzers out of compliance are well-documented in the field. We treat them as known engineering problems and pre-empt each one at design time. The register is open, dated, and traceable to your serial number.

Third-party audits underpin every analyzer we ship.
Accredited management systems — ISO 9001:2015 quality, ISO 14001 environmental, ISO 45001 occupational safety — govern day-to-day work. Ex-proof analyzers add Ex db IIC T6 Gb compliance; safety-rated models pass a separate SIL2 functional-safety assessment.

Wuhan Optics Valley, 2022 — building for twelve industrial sectors.
GESHINE was founded as a focused instrument-maker in China’s optics heartland, and recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise the same year. Analyzers leaving the Wuhan floor today serve duties from ultra-low-emission CEMS and DeNOx slip monitoring to fuel-cell hydrogen purity and greenhouse-gas accounting.
What Drives Us
Four commitments shape how the team shows up every day — from the optics bench to the customer’s call at 3 a.m.
Clean air for the communities downwind
Nothing matters more than what people breathe. We build the analyzers that keep stack emissions honest — so neighbourhoods never have to wonder.
Numbers plant operators can trust
When a process engineer runs a combustion line or a CEMS stack, the reading has to be right the first time. That is our job.
Make it easier for our partners to deliver
System integrators, EPC teams, and distributors carry our analyzers to the end site. We give them the tools, training, and service to win the job.
What we measure today is what the next generation will breathe
We cut carbon in our own operations, and we support every partner who wants to do the same.
