These terms apply to general use of the website. Commercial terms relating to a specific quotation, order, or supply of GESHINE gas-analyzer equipment are governed by the separately executed agreement between GESHINE and the customer organization, not by this page.

2. Use License

GESHINE grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the public content of the website for legitimate business evaluation purposes, including downloading publicly published datasheets, catalogs, or technical notes for internal review.

You agree not to: (a) scrape or systematically copy the website in bulk; (b) reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source structure; (c) misrepresent GESHINE content as your own; or (d) use the website to distribute malware or interfere with its operation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including text, product imagery, technical diagrams, model designations (such as ZS-series naming), brand elements, and editorial articles — is owned by GESHINE or licensed to GESHINE, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

References to third-party technology terms (for example, measurement principles such as TDLAS, NDIR, UV-DOAS, UVF, CLD, GFC) are used descriptively and do not imply any partnership or endorsement unless explicitly stated.

4. Submissions Through the Website

When you submit a form on the website (for example, a Request for Quotation or a Contact form), you authorize GESHINE to process that submission for the purpose of responding to it and maintaining ordinary business records. The handling of personal information in submissions is described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the authority to submit it on behalf of the organization you identify.

5. Product Information Disclaimer

Website information about analyzer models, measurement ranges, accuracies, response times, certifications, and application notes is published for general reference. The specifications that govern any given project are those stated in the quotation, datasheet revision, and contract documents released for that project.

Specifications and product availability are subject to change without prior notice as GESHINE continues to develop its product lines. Where this page and a project-specific document disagree, the project-specific document controls.

6. Third-Party Links

The website may include links to external resources (industry standards bodies, regulatory publications, reference material). These links are provided for convenience; GESHINE does not control and is not responsible for content hosted on third-party sites.

7. Website Disclaimer

The website itself is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. GESHINE makes reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and accessible but does not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Warranty and performance commitments for GESHINE gas-analyzer equipment are set out in the supply agreement for each project, not on the website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GESHINE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website.

Where a contract exists between GESHINE and your organization, the liability terms of that contract apply to the subject matter it covers and take precedence over this section for that subject matter.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold GESHINE harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website — for example, bulk scraping, unauthorized redistribution of content, or submission of information you were not authorized to submit.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Where the parties have signed a separate written agreement covering the subject matter of a dispute, that agreement governs. Otherwise, disputes relating to use of the website are submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Wuhan, Hubei, China.

11. Changes and Contact
