Sample Conditioning System Engineering

Heated lines, filtration, and wetted materials for real stacks.

The sample-conditioning-system (SCS) determines whether an analyzer survives a wet-FGD outlet, a coke-oven gas stream, or a Claus tail-gas. GESHINE engineering covers heated sample lines above dew point, particulate filtration and cyclone stages, Nafion / Peltier drying where applicable, and corrosion-grade wetted materials (Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400, PFA, 316L VAR). The ZS-SCS product family anchors the hardware; custom skid layouts are scoped per project.

Continuous Emission Monitoring System integration consolidates analyzer heads, sampling skid, calibration-gas manifold, and data-acquisition (DAHS) into a single rack that holds up under QAL1 / QAL2 / QAL3 discipline. Typical scope: UV-DOAS or UVF SO₂, CLD NOₓ, NDIR CO / CO₂ / O₂, TDLAS NH₃ slip, and heated-FID VOC where required. GESHINE works with the plant and accredited audit houses to deliver a rack that passes reference-method tests at commissioning.

Calibration, Validation & Compliance Support

Traceable calibration + MCERTS / PS-series type-approval support.

Calibration discipline keeps CEMS and process analyzers defensible in an audit. GESHINE supports traceable zero / span with certified gases on a 30–90 day interval, site-specific calibration against reference methods (QAL2), and ongoing drift monitoring (QAL3). Where MCERTS, EPA Performance Specifications (PS-2 / PS-3 / PS-4 / PS-6 / PS-8A / PS-18) or VDI 3481 type-approvals apply to the analyzer family, we support the certification pathway — target-scope language is used until hardware is signed off, never claimed as certified in advance.

Operator and maintenance training is delivered on site or at GESHINE’s Wuhan facility in English or Mandarin. Curriculum covers analyzer theory (TDLAS / NDIR / UV-DOAS / UVF / CLD / GFC physics), routine operation (zero / span, bump-check, diagnostics), first-line maintenance (lamp / wheel / converter replacement, sample-line inspection), and regulatory recordkeeping for QAL3 drift logging and EPA audit preparation. Written curricula and attendance records are delivered with each session.

Preventive Maintenance Contracts

Scheduled PM on analyzer heads, SCS, and DAHS.

Preventive-maintenance contracts align scheduled service calls with the consumable lifecycle of the analyzer fleet — UV lamp replacements, GFC wheel service, Mo converter rotation, O₃ generator corona-cell replacement, PMT health checks, and sample-line / filter inspection. Contract scope and interval are set per site (typical 6 / 12 / 24 month intervals) and captured in a signed service agreement; GESHINE does not pre-publish universal SLA hours.

Orders route through the standard RFQ channel and ship from Wuhan with origin documentation.

This is a responsive advisory channel, not a 24/7 managed-service or real-time remote-monitoring offering.
